Starkiller Glitch when VS Him On GA Defense

I was fighting Starkiller in GA and he brought down the capital ship TWICE. His kit says he can only do it once so how did he do it twice. This is really annoying because it happened in my 2nd and 3rd round of GA, and I would have one my battle with 1 attempt but starkiller used his size means nothing move the 1st time which is expected, then he gained 100% tm right after and used it again. Because of this it cost me to 2 shot my opponents Starkiller and lose crystals because that lost cost me my GA round. If he wouldn't have brought the capital ship down twice in a row I would have been able to one shot it and win my GA round. Ally code: 775-188-878

Changes to daily PC Client bonus?

I just collected the daily PC Client bonus award and it gave me the same reward as a Bronzium data card instead of the bonus energy that I have been receiving for the past month. I missed the description since I normally just collect it as force of habit and didn't read it but did the reward change or was that a bug? Anyone else notice this when they collected theirs today (Oct 1)?

Did not receive the 10points for first battle in gac

I didn't have time to play my gac so I decided to do the one battle went bad so just backed out. For some reason the game did not register my 10 points but does show I have attempted one battle on the board. Due to it not giving me those points I did not get my rewards, I wasn't able to get back on and check before the round ended. Is there way to get my rewards?

Game Crash

Everytime submitting a lost battle, the game crashes. This problem goes on far too long. Please step up your efforts fixing this problem. It‘s frustrating now

Fight Submission Timeout

Ran into this for the first time, not sure if it’s new or not but I’ve not seen it in a year of play. Decided to set my phone down and take care of something while waiting for my GA fight to finish out so I could preload intelligently, only to come back a few minutes later than expected to find that the fight was automatically forfeited. Who in their right mind thought that was a good idea? God forbid I have to step away from the game for longer than 4 minutes. Any hope of full cleaning is gone now, so thanks for costing me and god knows how many other players their matches with this idiotic mechanic.

What is done about hackers/how often are they banned?

So we have a hacker in Squad Arena and, not in my bracket but in another, Fleet Arena. I do not know if that player/account also hacks in GAC (and yes, there is no way that this player wins with their roster against all the other top teams in any normal way, the units are totally underdeveloped, and so are their mods, and as the roster is below gear 12 let alone relics, so datacrons are not the issue either (top teams have datacrons and relic teams with propper mods). I reported the hacker, over a month ago, but this person/account is still there every day getting top places with a roster which is in no way capable of beating the teams it beats. I guess it just takes a while for EA/CG to do something against it, but how long does it usually take until they ban those players?

How hard is it to release a Calendar on Time?

I'm guessing every player in this game has asked themselves this question a hundred times. Are you guys so inept that you can't schedule a release date so that it comes out on the last day of the month...every month? I can hook you up with some free planning apps on your phone.

Recently banned

Hello I just tried to open my account 2 days ago and noticed I was banned for repeat offenses. I thought maybe it was for my username but I’ve never got a warning otherwise I would have changed it no problem, I’d like to know if there is anything I can do to get my account back since I’ve put work and money into my account. Missing GAS shards

Completed Clash on Kamino, didnt get full reward. Ally code: 139-723-962 From my initial search I noted it was a fairly common bug. Any help appreciated.

GAC not recording results - no response from EA Help

I contacted in-app EA Help, and no response (this was nearly 20 hours ago). The current round of GAC attack phase is four hours from ending, and I have not been able to do anything because of glitches where it isn't saving battle results (points and defeats just disappear). This is garbage after I was just bumped down to Carbonite 2 having faced two GLs in Carbonite 1 first round. If I get bumped down leagues again because of a bug you can't address, that's lost daily crystal income... Please at least respond to people when the game is unplayable to the point of screwing over people's accounts. Thank you!

Grand Arena Captial Ship Death

If you DESTROY an opponents Capitol ship and lose the battle, when attempting the next battle the Capitol ship will spawn again. This should be fixed to where, like all other characters and ships, they stay defeated. After trying to maximize your defense, you don't have many options left for offense and destroying an opponents Capitol ship is a big accomplishment. My opponent went Max D with Prof, Executor, Levi. I destroyed Leviathan. When I went in with clean up crew, I got smashed. Executrix was on Defense which made it frustrating. Leave a comment on what you think should happen. Reply...
